The ADANI DTP 7500LV cargo inspection system with a compact 7.5 MeV accelerator is an effective and intelligent solution for seaports, airports and border crossings that helps to identify illicit or prohibited items and check if the contents of containers match with the shipping documentation
DTP 7500LV X-ray vehicle scanner is a portal X-ray inspection system designed for scanning the loaded trucks, loaded vehicles, containers, large-scale cargo and air cargos. For this system, a dual-energy technology for material discrimination on their atomic number is applied. The system allows a non-destructive inspection of cargo transport vehicles and containers, as well as to identify the transported cargo and smuggling in vehicle compartments and behind vehicle upholstery and flooring without their removal.
This X-ray car inspection machine allows to reduce the inspection time for the vehicle and transported cargo due to applying the penetrating X-ray and material discrimination technology, ensuring the identification of organic and non-organic materials and metals. DTP 7500LV portal X-ray vehicle screening system makes it possible to detect different dangerous and contraband items hidden inside loaded trucks and the items and materials inside the containers with liquids. This X-ray car scanner is the best tool for preventing hidden illegal human trafficking and migration thereby lowering the risk of terroristic attacks.
The scanning of the cargo and loaded trucks by the car screening system is performed by X-raying of the inspected vehicle when it moves driven by the driver through a scanning portal installed stationary. The detection of the X-rays by X-ray sensitive elements ensures high inspection capacity.
When the cargo is inspected the driver is not exposed to the X-rays, so he stays in the cabin. Using an innovative low-dose technology for inspection by means of X-rays developed by ADANI for screening the vehicles, the cabin with the driver can also be scanned.
Stationary Vehicle and Cargo X-ray Inspection System DPT 7500LV portal X-ray inspection scanner was specially designed to be used at checkpoints in seaports, at the airports, at border crossings, vehicle checkpoints, warehouses of temporary storage and other objects, where the inspection of the cargo transport vehicle and cargo for the customs or security purposes is required.
- State-of-the-art high-energy low-dose X-ray scanner with portal-shaped detection system specially developed for the inspection of loaded vehicles (container or general cargo) with a usage of innovative “drive-thru” technology.
- Developed for inspection of containers and vehicles, for identification of the cargo compliance to the transportation documents and for the detection of contraband, drugs, weapons and other dangerous objects.
- Designed for operation at seaports, traffic control points, customs, temporary storage warehouses and other places where total cargo control is required.
|Innovative drive-thru scanning technology||Due to the innovative scanning technology the drivers are not subjected to the radiation, so that they can stay in their vehicles during the inspection process, driving them under their own power directly through the scanning area (X-ray generator and detector system (X-ray portal) which provides really high throughput and doesn't impede the traffic flow. Having the low dosage of radiation emission the system can also provide the screening of the driver's cab if it is required.|
The deployment of the DTP 7500LV needs a relatively small ground surface without any special requirements for additional infrastructure. The controlled area does not exceed 40m x 30m.
DTP 7500LV is a compact system, that can be completely installed and start its operation within 2-3 days by two or three operators.
Radiation safe for drivers, operators and bystanders
Low radiation dose in combination with the effective radiological safety system guarantees safety for vehicle driver, bystanders and stowaways.
The Drive-Through Portal (DTP) X-ray security system 7500LV can easily detect, such as explosives, bombs, currency, drugs, arms, cigarettes, alcohol and other types of smuggled goods and also prevent hidden illegal human trafficking.
Drive-thru portal technology provides fast inspection and minimization of negative effect on the traffic flow
